190414 Off to Melbourne

Easter is approaching and the non existent traffic to date has arrived. Im off to Melbourne to stay with a friend Paul for five nights while the easter crowds dissipate.

Time with Paul at his home, a trip to the the Dandenong Mountains we went to see Ricketts sanctuary. William Rickett was a sculpturor in the 1960 who created wonderful images of indigenous people which were placed in his sanctuary of trees and landscape.

A drive to the Dandenongs lookout followed with a wonderful view overlooking the city.
